Foundations Course

These 3 sessions are perfect for any new member or beginner interested in our CrossFit program. It is designed to teach you the fundamental movements we use in the gym and gives you the perfect foundation to kick off your workout program.


This class is designed to teach you the fundamental movements that create a CrossFit workout.  It combines an introduction to weightlifting movements such as the Squat and Deadlift. It teaches you basic gymnastics movements such as the Pull Up and Push Up.  It prepares you for plyometrics by introducing the box jump and the sprint as well as introduces mobility and flexibility.  Launch is the perfect way to start any fitness program because every movement is universal.
